Base 11's Virtual Resume Review opportunity allows volunteers with hiring and resume review experience from your company to provide anonymous feedback on student resumes through our digital platform. Please consider donating an hour of your time with this vital opportunity for students and early-career adults to ensure that their application rises to the top of the pile!

Suggested skills and qualifications:

Hold a professional STEM, recruitment, or human resources professional designation
Have at least one-year experience in reviewing resumes in a professional hiring capacity
Be willing to share your knowledge and experience with others
Be comfortable interacting with students and early-career adults

Be a thought leader for your industry

Share your industry and career insights by contributing articles, blogs, or blurbs to be featured on the Base 11 Digital platform, website, and newsletter.

Shoot a video

Contributing a helpful video to the platform is not only immensely valuable for our members, but also helps to get the word out and put a face to your company! These videos can range in length and can cover a wide variety of topics, from general career advice to something more technical and specific to your profession.

Private LinkedIn Group: This is a private group on Linkedin composed of students, early-career adults, and entrepreneurs who are interested in learning about and applying to jobs, internships, and other opportunities in STEM. The purpose of this group is to start a conversation between Base 11 members and our sponsors that will hopefully result in working relationships! Our members have also gone through the process of having their Linkedin profiles optimized, reviewed, and approved by Base 11 staff, meaning you will get to see them with their “best foot forward”.
